• Customer management
  • All your customers can be managed from one simple area on your store where you instantly see their sales activity.
• Customer group discounts
  • This allows you to define unlimited numbers of customer groups each with their own unique discount. So if you want to offer a particular customer a trade discount of say 10%, this is as simple as creating the group and moving your customer into it.
• Import customer lists
  • Using a simple CSV (Comma Separated Values) spreadsheet, you can import unlimited numbers of new customers into the system from your mailing lists and/or old eCommerce software. Each new customer record can retain their old login details or you can assign new information as well as sending out a brief welcome message at the time of the import.
• VAT enabled
  • Effortlessly handles VAT calculations including the ability to remove VAT on specific products and also assign customers as VAT free. In addition the system obeys all the rules for place of supply within the EU.

• Product departments
