When it came to the pricing of the Open Mind Commerce system we looked long and hard at the current products available on the market, their feature set and their ease of use and found that many products were either very cheap with poor feature sets or very expensive with great features.
For this reason we decided to aim our pricing structure so that we could offer a fantastic set of features but not at a price that would break the bank! We also decided to not only offer a perpetual license with tiered discounts but also offer a range of value added services that could be purchased alongside your license.
The single domain license is a one-off fee to license your installation on a single domain. The cost includes all upgrades, hosting on our servers and telephone/email support for a period of twelve months.
After twelve months, your hosting fee would be £60.00 + vat per annum but you would not recieve further upgrades or support. See below for our tiered pricing as well as details about our upgrades renewal:
If you are interested in a distribution agreement, bulk purchase of licenses or bundling of our software with your products/services on a large scale then we are always happy to talk to you and come up with a solution that fits your budget and plans.
As mentioned, each license includes 12 months of upgrades and support. After 12 months further upgrades/support may be obtained for a subscription fee of £50 + vat per year.
The monthly leased license is a new addition to our pricing levels in that you can own a full eCommerce software license but pay for it on a monthly basis. The license is exactly the same as fully owned license with the exception that you are leasing it from us as opposed to actually owning the license.
The cost of a monthly license is just £20 + vat per month and includes the following:
You can upgrade from a monthly license to a fully owned license but please note there is no credits available should you wish to do so. You should also note that the monthly license is non-transferable and is not subject to the volume discounts outlined above.
